* Rates are based on double
occupancy (2 people per room). Apply $50 -$100 per
each additional person. Rate depends
on the suite or room capacity.
*We are a small family B&B so please respect there is also no smoking in
our historic home. Your credit card number is taken but nothing will be
charged until you arrive. We always prefer a check or cash for a payment
though if you would like to pay via credit card, there is a $600 minimum to
avoid a processing fee.
*Reservations are not made until
they are confirmed so please call if
you have not received an email
confirmation or telephone
confirmation from the innkeeper.
*We are unable to grant refunds due to cancellations regarding the weather.
In order to assist you, if a snow storm occurs during your stay you can
receive one of two options. You can receive a gift certificate for a future
stay with us to be used within 30 days of your original stay OR guests will
be allowed to come 1 night earlier free of charge. Subject to availability
and at least 2 weeks advanced reservation.
* Third Party Gift Certificates may be subject to surcharge. Please call if
you are unsure. * For the safety and preservation
of our historic home, no smoking is
allowed on the premises. It is now
illegal by RI Gen. Law 23-20.10-7.
